He is NOT quitting he is just playing a disciplined defense designed to stop his strengths.

He can't get by guys with speed he relies on guile and trickery, if players just stand their ground and don't go for his fakes, he struggles.

That was a few possessions. They have been guarding him straight up for the most part. Especially reddick and he's not even being aggressive on him smh

Atleast wait till the end of the game ffs to start crap threads.

And please put all these shiddy ass comments in the game thread rather than start a new one.

Say what you want about Dwight but he's a warrior out there.

Harden is a 1 trick pony. Suck at everything except at attacking the basket

    Playing some devil's advocate here:

If y'all are making the argument that Jordan/Hakeem didn't win until later, that is assuming it is because of their play. When really, a convincing argument can be made that it is because their supporting cast was improved.

Personally, I believe the supporting cast is pretty good. Championship caliber? Probably not. But young with room to grow with the ability to add another max player. However, it doesn't excuse his rocky (very optimistic term) playoff performances.

I am ok with the "Live or die" with Harden. Harden is our guy. I believe he can bring us to the promised land. But Dwight's prime is limited.

Also, if you haven't figured out that people have the "What have you done for me lately" attitude with the Dwight injury... It is a serious concern on CF.

Here's the problem. They are talented, but they don't fit the style of play. We value 3's and free throws, yet we have a bunch of guys who, while good, are not 3 point shooters or capable at the free throw line.

If Morey is going to tell McHale how to coach this team, he needs to give him players to work with that can excel in that system.

    Shut up OP

And don't make this about McGrady either. Thats plain stupid. Just watch the game and appreciate the playoffs in Houston. We can critique and nitpick after the game but right now the boys in red need our support.

So to reiterate my original point: shut your trap.

McGradys fans do this every year, when OKC lost in the Finals, they believed that McGrady would have won it if they swamped out Durant

They did this for Derrick Rose, even LeBron.

You will realize they are consumed with jealousy.
