Ankle sprains happen all the time basketball. Even you know this.

    EGo needed the work.

No other team rested their starters, so maybe you should **** on all those coaches too?

Of course not, MDA is the devil in your eyes. Your bias is plain as day.

Those 'other coaches' dont coach the Rockets - and dont have the ongoing narrative of being snakebit by injuries continuously as an excuse for their shortcomings...

I make no bones about my dislike of MDA... he's a coach that has many good attributes - but a stubborn and cockiness that is typically reserved for someone that has actually won something at some point... and I'll be glad when he's gone!

but as always... you are entitled to your opinion - as I am mine. ;)

There are more teams with more injuries than Rockets.

All of y'all saying EGo is nothing, so-n'-so is better, washed, etc... y'all are all full of ****. EGo is the third option on a team dominated in shots by two former MVPs. This is what first option EGo looks like:

We're gonna miss him. Stop with the nonsense. Only reason we're okay right now is because we're deep and we've got Harden/Westbrook.

Serious question, is it beyond impossibility that Eric could have suffered the same injury during practice? It wasn't like the defender and him was going at it hard.

I understand you don't like the coach but it appears you are counting his inability to predict injuries as a negative when it ha been pointed out that other teams have injuries as well.

Is he stubborn because he does not follow what Tilman wants or what YOU want?

    Just a beast.

EGo regularly owns Donovan Mitchell's soul but on that night EGo owned the souls of each and every Jazz player, including the coaches and fans.

Injuries could happen at anytime - and obviously you dont put every injury at the feet of the coach...
but MDA has a history. He runs guys to the nth degree and lo and behold injuries happen...

Go back a few years and look at Ariza's minutes - until he got injured... came back, within a few games back to his previous minutes - and got injured again... Ariza's 0- against GSW - the guy had no legs or lift left after being run ragged by MDA....

LMM getting injured and knocked out for the post season in a meaningless game at the end of the regular season... when we should have had guys wrapped in bubble wrap waiting for the post season. We had nothing to gain regarding seeding - but MDA was so close to having the most efficient offense stats of all time, so...

Guys like PJ, Harden and others typically show the wear and tear of an MDA season by years end... thats why we run outta gas in the post season every year...

Its about minute management - which MDA does a piss poor job of doing...

Like a few years back when he was running a 7 man rotation (after Nene went down - and Trez was glued to the bench) and he was questioned... He said people that question his short rotation "dont know what theyre talking about" - then we had the SAS meltdown game that kicked us out of the playoffs - and then he said he'd have to do a better job of minute mgmt to keep Harden fresh for the playoffs...

When you're dealing with old guys like PJ, Ariza, CP3, etc,,, you have to be mindful... but PJ and Ariza usually pull(ed) among the highest minutes on the team...

MDA is too worried about his precious offensive efficiencies (bc he wants to be viewed as an offensive guru) - that he doesnt play for the bigger picture...

He's content with "a season to cherish - even without a championship"

    imo...

Are you watching C's being crushed right now?

Guess we now know who the better coach was. LOL

    Even Celts fans agree.

They're down by 6 at half to the Bucks...
This is like when we signed that shooter who cant even play this year - and you declared that as proving that DM has supplied adequate shooters... lol

Jeff Green is shooting 41% from 3 genius.

Or are you talking about David Nwaba who was shooting 42% from 3 with Nets even though he was a career 31% from 3P?

It's not hard to keep up with the Rockets, who is on the team.

Nwaba... who hopefully can come back healthy and contribute - but has absolutely nothing to do with the personnel we have put on the floor in this nor any previous year - which was the whole point of that discussion... lol

    C's down by 2... ;)

Nwaba has nothing to do with coaching.

Way to move the goal posts.

    Again.

    Celts Q1 was just arse.

If they beat Bucks that's just win-win for me. C's do not match up well vs. Rockets.

    I will take it. :D

Eric Gordon is very good when he is healthy (and happy!). But injuries have been his story throughout his career. He has played more than 70 games in only two seasons in his 12-year career. Hope he will be 100% comes playoffs time.

tbh I'm not even sure this makes me feel any better. obviously it's telling us they're rushing him with this window of games before the playoffs.

As long as we didn't expect too much from EGo, he would give us a surprise like 50pts a game, as sorta announcement of his brilliant return.
