A bunch of ******* idiots and morons.

People cannot even avoid conflict like children do.

80% of people with guns shouldn’t have them.

If the white woman didn’t bump into the 15-year-old girl and start yelling at her, then why wouldn’t she simply just leave? She wouldn’t have any reason to argue with an angry mother because she did nothing wrong. Doing so is simply a recipe for trouble. Also, the vast majority of people aren’t going to start an argument if you accidentally bump into them or their child. Some crazy ones will, but they are in the minority. I find it much more unlikely that an African American family decided to go out to eat at Chipotle during a pandemic so they could stage a situation that makes it appear like a white woman intentionally pushed their daughter and try to dox her by sharing the video on social media.

Also, whether the white woman bumped into the girl or not, she has no right to brandish a gun on the mother in question. The mother never used force against her or made her fear for her life. The white woman or her husband could have called the police claiming harassment, but she doesn’t get to point a gun in the face of the mother and order her to go away, or else. That’s a crime, and she should be punished appropriately.

the vast majority of us typically don't get into shouting matches in parking lots threatening each other physically. But sometimes you get two pieces of crap finding each other and attempting to out ******* each other.

White couple wasn’t blocked from leaving the parking lot. They had ample room in front of their vehicle to leave. White lady pulled the gun recklessly; she doesn’t know how to exercise proper discretion. End of story

I finally watched the actual video and this woman was itching to pull her piece on somebody.

It's obvious that the mother was walking away and was not just beating on the vehicle, at no point was the the woman with the weapon at risk or should have felt threatened.

If the Husband did not draw his weapon I don't think he should have been fired or arrested.

Why did she all of a sudden back up while still pointing her weapon?

She was much more in perceived danger after leaving the vicinity of her vehicle.

Since we all seem to like a good debate if the husband of the black woman was in a car in the parking lot and shot the woman who pulled the gun would he have been in his rights?

You conveniently leave out the part where the woman threatened physical harm on at least two occasions - and I quote "I'll beat your ass"

Then she blocks their exit ...

That threat of bodily harm sinks the case of any prosecution. No conviction to be had here.

I must have missed the part where the black mother laid her hands on either the white woman or her husband. Shouting “I’ll beat your ass” doesn’t give someone the legal right to pull out a gun and point it in your face. Also, it’s highly debatable that she blocked their exit. To me, it appears the mother is finally walking away towards the parking lot, and the husband starts backing up the car as she’s in the process of walking away. Even if you think the mother blocked their exit, the legal response is to call the police, not get out of the car and point a gun at her.

You conveniently left out the part where the woman is safely in her car and then jumps out of the car and starts pointing a weapon.

Threatening bodily harm - "Ill beat your ass" is exactly why we have that second amendment - What part of protect yourself from harm isn't comprehended ?

No, it isn’t. The Second Amendment was ratified at a time in American history (1791) when the national military was relatively small in size and state militias were necessary to fight in wars and conflicts. It was never intended to give any citizen the right to shoot another citizen because they verbally threaten you.

Here is how the Second Amendment reads:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

I don’t see where it says citizens have the right to shoot someone because they verbally threaten them. It does, however, reference the words militia and free state because its intent was to enable members of state militias to bear arms in times of war.

Someone making a criminal threat (black mother) does not give the other party (white woman) the right to commit assault with a deadly weapon. Both should be punished accordingly.

No, actually it's not. There is no place in America where saying "I'll beat your ass" is legal justification to pull a gun on someone, which is why this trash lady was arrested and is about to become a felon.

If you want to cary a gun in your vehicle do the minimal half hour of work to know when you can use it instead of listening to people on the internet try to out "tough talk" each other about the scope of your Second Amendment rights.
