This would be crazy. The only way you trade Hopkins is if you can get a surefire star WR to replace him. Even in the draft that is not possible. Would take at least 2 firsts and probably a 2nd IMO and potentially more than that. Figure out a way to bolster the line and defense and go to work instead of losing our best and most consistent weapon which will definitely hurt DW4's effectiveness.
Ravens get Calais Campbell for a 5th rounder. Texans get David Johnson for Hopkins, 2nd round pick, and 20% of the team. I'm nervous about any trade for the Texans because it feels like we always overpay.
So BOB's incompetence would cost us Clowney and Hopkins to undo the mess he created by overpaying in trades in the first place?? And meanwhile, Cal sits around on his fat ass counting his money and figuring out how many steaks he wants for dinner.....
