Eric definitely has been cold especially with the dimes that Russ have been dropping to him for WIDE OPEN 3s but I am sure things will average out and he will get on a hot streak soon. He is a good player and I have faith he will turn it around. No need to panic or over react.

If he was playing really well, stayed healthy and had a really good playoff run he wouldn’t be moved.

perhaps if he took 24 maybe 25 foot shots instead of 26 and 27 foot shots? I bet statistically you get better as you get closer to the basket. Just a hunch.

Yeh, but he had Harden guarding him... lol

I know it was multiple defenders James, Lin, etc... and Harden defense is improved - but its still funnier to just say it was Harden... lol

I think EGo will be fine...

but I do wish he would take his shots a bit closer to 3 pt line instead of 5 ft behind it or whatever...

He's been pretty trash all season. This must have been what he was like on the Pelicans.

He's been pretty bad this year. For our sake I hope he can turn it around but I doubt he has much left in the tank given his age and long injury history. I'm certainly rooting for him - hopefully this is just about him playing himself back into better shape - and I think that is a reasonable explanation of his woes this year....I just worry that he is secretly injured and is playing through it. Even a cold shooting Ego commands enough attention that teams have to guard him.

    Gotta disagree with that.

    EG's gone either way.

EG got paid. Funny how the fire left at the same time. Let's hope he starts having fun again in the playoffs.

The people on this thread ******** on EG will be the first ones slobbering all over him when he is traded away in the summer.

    Book it.

EG always turns up in the playoffs. He averaged 18ppg and shot 40% from deep last postseason despite starting really slow in the regular season. Until he gives me a reason not to trust him, I'm gonna keep riding that EG gravy train until it derails.

He isn't that consistent but he might go off against one of them.

    Clippers, Lakers, Bucks, Dallas, Portland.

Yes he should be moved with how he is playing and his health.

But it wouldn’t make much sense to trade a player like EG if he was out performing his contract unless you were getting a much better player in return.

Saying he was/is going to be traded no matter how he plays doesn’t make any sense, so I gotta disagree with that.
