    He'll waste future years too.

I'm guessing he trades every pick possible to save his job next year

At this point the only people that are for keeping Bill, are the same type of guys who would take thier gf back after catching her cheat multiple times. You're just afriad of change, and cant see the truth in front of your face.

Hell we have posters like Scarface afraid of firing this sht hc b/c fear that we might go in a coaching carousel like the browns. Many posters prefer we just get into playoffs, get a participation ribbon and get ass blasted in playoffs.

It's be one thing if it even felt like this was a good team that just hit a road block. But even when we win, they feel like uninspired, frustrating, "this game shouldn't have been that close", type wins.

Despite the division titles, they're not even a fun regular season team to watch.

The problem is that both Tunsil and Watson are a year away from taking away all relevant capspace on the team. If the Texans don't manage to find good talent in FA (I'd also say draft if they had picks still) this offseason then by next year they'll have try to improve through smart, bargain bin signings to truly compete. The window is short and we can only pray BOB can do something with it instead of wasting it like the past two seasons.

Look at the point differentials for all of the playoff teams this season - we were the only team with a negative one. If it wasn't for Deshaun Watson being an absolute magician we could've easily missed the playoffs altogether. You can't honestly look at the negative differential and say BOB, in his sixth year, has the answers.

Huh? You mean being out scored 51-7 to end a playoff game is a problem?

No way, that is something they can work on and learn from. Give O’Brien some time. Look, O’Brien finally beat Brady and BB... yeah it took him a decade and Brady is 45... but he did it. Eventually all these other guys will get old too.

He'll get it this off-season but it's to be seen how they structure it and if his cap hit goes up next year

Cheating multiple times? No we are at the point of finding your girlfriend at the gray hound bus station being gang banged in the lobby by all of the passengers coming off the bus from Detroit.... if you haven’t got self respect at this point, you never will.

Just chiming in to say my vote is staying the same, I want him gone. Honestly he lost me Watson's rookie year. I also do not like Crennel .

But i'm not wanting to bulldoze NRG, I like my football team
