I know we're a big underdog tomorrow, but tonight's game has GOT TO be the most motivating thing this team could see.

A win tomorrow means we HOST the AFC Championship game against THE OILERS. THAT'S NUTS.

They've taken out the two teams we were most afraid of. We let them in the playoffs.

I know I'm jumping into lunacy land here, but hear me out...

The Titans were once named the Oilers and played in Houston. Their logo was an oil derrick. The new team, the Texans are quarterbacked by a kid that was once named....DERRICK. (Deshaun's real name is Derrick Deshaun) He needs to beat them to get us to the Super Bowl.

This feels like fate. I don't believe in jinxes.

*Please do not lay an egg tomorrow.

Unfortunately when something is within reach, we usually embarrass ourselves soon thereafter...

This is so true, but for some reason I feel like this time is different with Deshaun. And, to an extent, with JJ back.

Hope I'm not wrong and we don't do what we usually do.

Styles make fights they say. For example, I don't think we can hang with Baltimore in any phase yet the Texans front seven, when not sitting out due to a pseudo bye week, can manhandle Tennessee's running game.
Just leave your heart on the field against KC

O'Brien needs to have the ENTIRE playbook open. We need to have plays designed to move Deshaun around.

I think the Titans will be secretly rooting hard for KC too. I think they run all of the Chiefs.

As you say, Texans are more than respectable against the run AND are also very familiar with Henry and their line.

Problem with the Texans, our pass defense has always been bad and we are going up against a pass happy team...so that should be fun.

I hope to the football Gods that we play three more football games and that Fuller can actually suit up for 3 straight football games.

Texans players are gonna be looking ahead to the Titans and then lose focus of the Chiefs tomorrow.

    And then get blown out.

I would so much want to have your enthusiasm. But this Titans team is sizzling hot.... The took out the Patriots and now The Ravens. Those are two legitimate good teams!

I think the Texans match up so much better against the Titans, than they did with either the Ravens or the Patriots, but by no means would I think cakewalk.

If the Texans dont beat the Chiefs????o_O
It would mean we did what everyone thought we would do ......LOSE!

Now if we win it would mean O’Brien actually game planned or Watson saved his @$$ again.

AFC title game @ home vs the Titans.
I like our chances even with O’Brien.

    ...then fire Bob O'Brien!
...and they'll "never" make the AFC championship game! ;) Not with Bob anyways.

    Colts: 2014 (Pagano's 3rd year)
    Jaguars: 2017 (Marrone's 1st full year)
    Titans: 2019 (Vrabel's 2nd year)

The fate for Houston is beating the Chiefs getting our hopes up then coming home and losing to the Oilers/Titans at home.

Incredible that the AFC was seen as such a weak division to start the season. And now legitimately, the road to the Super bowl goes through the AFC.

This Titan win tonight, will help to get The Chiefs more focused. I think the air of reality has become more apparent, anybody can beat anybody.

    Lets go Texans!

I actually was more confident before the Ravens lost it is more likely that the Chiefs are more motivated now and will come our more aggressive.
