    I mean Okur, Fry and Dmo are Centers. Or can be used as Centers.

    They are looking for a PF.....6'9 is okay sized......but I agree, I also dun see Covington as a game changer. But who is?

    When someone like Covington is getting paid, others might get paid even more.

    Kevin Love I guess - got to be some Euro big on someone's bench somewhere that can shoot the long ball.......maybe give Yao a ring? I dunno - this is the GM's issue....also doesn't have to be a Center.....someone over 6'8-9".......Anthony Bennett was someone that Morey wanted for that role but he got hurt....how is he these days, healed up?

    a Russ trade ain’t happening unless Harden wants it or the organization is blowing things up and getting rid of Harden as well so they no longer care what he thinks

    the former I can’t see happening, and the later means we are absolutely fcked and about to enter a deep, dark abyss of trash and irrelevancy

    Westbrook is not going anywhere, and if he's not going anywhere we have to be realistic about the fact that a C who can hit the 3 is crucial to Westbrook's success.

    Capela with a 3pt shot is so ideal for this team but we have to make moves right now. I believe Morey is thinking the same thing, despite all the positive things Capela brings to the table.

    Ok. While I don’t think I’d want this trade to happen, posters should learn from this trade. This is realistic in that the teams involved besides us aren’t getting ripped off. Good job @DaBeard

    Do you think the upgrade of adding Covington from just having EG House and Mclemore is worth the drop off of Capela to Kanter? I’d have to say definitely not but definitely an interesting idea. It’s too risky to let Capela go. Last year people thought we could just stick someone like WCS in his place and we’d be just fine. Obviously he’s in a horrible situation in Golden State but we can still see that Capela isn’t as easy to replace as we thought. Tyson Chandler has looked capable at times in limited minutes, but who can fit in like CC for almost 30 minutes a game and still run up and down the court.
