Kendrick Perkins was repping Westbrook hard beginning of the year. Does he want to talk about how much fun it is to watch him brick 70% of the shots he takes game after game?

I wouldn’t mind Van Vleet on the Rockets. We can start him at PF in the preseason games against China....

Russ sucks, he can‘t shoot for **** and he doesn’t finish strong like he used to either. Not sure what the reason is but from the eye test he's lost some of his athleticism. It’s only going downhill from here on out. Hope he proves me wrong though...

The truth is that those two guys are idiots. I didn't listen to the chick, because I had to stop watching the damn clip.

Windflatulence does not know the context of Van Fleet's comments but feels need to refute.

His unnamed sources is Lebron, period. Pure cowardliness by the obese POS.

they player tracking data is measured by stationary cameras and AI of SportsVU/Second Spectrum. This is automatically gathered data by computer programs.

The AI can count dribbles, location, touches, seconds per touch, speed, distance traveled, etc.

My understanding is the Time of Possession is the AI counting seconds while a player has control of the ball.

Luka and Harden are also pretty close to Ave Seconds per Touch.

    ---------------------------

The real, money-making idea is these camera companies (or consultants, or staff) can make money by working with teams to tweak the AI for a Team's video so it reports a unique thing the team wants ... like a specific play, or a specific defense, etc. And while they are at it, they spit out generalized stats for the fans and history. And the AI slices the game into video segments for PbP....chunking out video snipits for everything that happens.

    Alright everybody take a knee.

The media is going to destroy Harden until well after Space Jam 2 comes out. The narrative has to be that Lebron James is the best player during this whole period of build up toward the movie release. If he’s not perceived as the best, the movie wont really make sense. They use tv shows like this to push a narrative and control the way nephews think. You have absolutely no idea how powerful Phil Knight is. Especially around ESPN. The fat one is one of the un-official mouthpieces of Lebron and Nike. Google “Phil Knight University of Oregon” to see some of the lower level stuff this dude does. It would take a massive PR effort and $$$ to stop this tide, and maybe dumbass adidas gets off their ass and helps Harden’s image by buying some influence to counter the propaganda, but they aren’t as evil as Phil. Poor Harden is the biggest threat to Nike it has ever seen, they dodged a bullet with Stephen Curry not being palatable to their main “urban” market. They had to have a plan for Harden, the best player in the NBA, to mitigate his rise. The dude is from Compton, unstoppable drives to the bucket so you are forced to foul - let’s figure out a way to make that a negative on Harden!

But the nephews believe it, it’s unfortunate.

Even if current players don’t like Hardens style, they would never say it out loud. That would pretty much guarantee dropping 60 on them. I think demonstrates their “appreciation” of James.

The problem with the media is that they come across as saying players must play a way that excites them and that is wrong

As far as Fat Horse talking about what players talk to him about, I cant imagine the conversations being about anything but food and if he can leave some for them.
