    They can review out of bounds on shots after they review it later? They better do that for other teams not just James Harden.

    First post here and first game I am watching without any distractions since the end of baseball season, this game is entertaining as **** and a much needed change of pace after the Astros losing! I'm not gonna complain about the All Star game level of defense...just gonna enjoy the game for what it is while waiting on my fish, chicken and shrimp combo to arrive from Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken.

    Just had a quick read of the replay rules, says nothing about being able to review whether a player is in bounds or not, only if its a 2 or 3.
