How much are World Series tickets going for face value? I saw there are some tickets being released and I was curious how much I would be spending for a good seat.

Also...if they don’t make it, will the astros refund the money or give you credit towards next season tickets?

I paid like $900 for upper deck 3rd baseline for game 5 of the 2017 WS. After the first inning I wanted to hang myself. Ended up being the craziest WS game ever... and the biggest win in Houston home history for baseball.

SRO (pre-sale) for World Series Game 4 (i.e. Game 7) this year was around $250/ticket (including fees).

Yes, they refund any tickets that go unused (assuming you buy from them and not on resale).

Just be ready to see 85 year old men sitting next to 18 year old models at the game.

    Sugar Daddy Season.

So, I’ve got some tickets for sale if anyone wants them

    Game 1- section 151, row 20- $725 each (2 tickets)
Game 6- SRO- $350 per ticket -2 tickets
    Game 6- 107 row 25- $1000 each (4 tickets)
Game 7- SRO- $450 per ticket (2 tickets)
    Game 7- sec 107, row 25- $1250 each (4 tickets)

That’s 10% lower than the lowest stub hub price I saw- if anyone is interested.

Honestly if you just want in the door right now, and definitely want to be there for a game 6 or 7, SRO right now is probably the way to go. If you are ok with maybe going to the game or maybe watching in a bar go down there and sit and wait on an SRO ticket or the like until 30 minutes before game time. Only issue with that is you might not end up going.

Good luck to everyone who wants to go. I hope I get to see my first WS game ever. Was sort of shocked at $250 for SRO face value from the club. That’s the point where season tickets actually are way more valuable in that our season tickets for section 107 (great seats) were less than the face on the SRO.

Only standing room was "available" in singles to all 4 potential games. I didn't get a chance even.

Game 7 SRO are now gone. That leaves 2 for section 151 on game 1 at $725 each and 4 for game 6 and 4 for game 7 in section 107 if anyone is interested.

I took my then 5 year old to that game (upper area too). One of my best memories, even though he fell asleep. It was a school night.

For those that logged in at 1, did you have a decent shot or were they gone immediately?

I didn’t read the full text so I refreshed like 2 or 3 times, which probably reset my place in line. By the time it let me choose it was only 1 ticket of standing room. I want some seats I don’t wanna be worried about losing my spot

I was waiting and then entered as soon as possible and by the time the screen came up, everything was completely gone except for 1 standing room only. Sucks.
