This is what I ended up doing. Got the 3-yr deal with Disney+. Might get HBO Max when that’s out and cancel Netflix too. Thanks for the reply!
What about us folks that live outside of the Houston Market? What's the best (inexpensive) way with a smartTV to watch Rockets/Astro's games?
Why do you say that? Has anyone yet answered the question whether ATT Sportsnet will Blackout FuboTV streamers living outside Houston. It's totally possible for them to do so. I guess I'll do the free week when the Rockets season starts and report back whether I'm getting blocked from Colorado. But if anyone would be so kind as to try the free week *now* for the Astros and report back, that would be great.
The thing that turns me off so much on the fubotv is that you have to use a web browser to watch. I mean, I did that for the streams as well, but it was free. I wish fubo had an app like YoutubeTv.
Theres a fubotv app for phones, which leads me to believe theres a app for streaming devices. Maybe its not available through your smart tv OS. You may need to get a roku or firestick.
I have a Samsung Q series and I was able to get a Fubo App. Only problem is I couldn't route my audio to my system since my receiver doesn't have an HDMI arc port. So I'm just gonna get a Roku to replace my cable box and run Fubo off that.
Not true, I use the app on my ipad, fire tv and phone. You need a smart tv or chromecast if you want to watch on a tv screen and you can watch from a browser but I watch 'First thing's First' on the way to work on my phone most mornings, soccer matches at work, a whole lot of football in the shitter, its a pretty versatile service
trying to watch the Rockets this year and stumbled on FuboTV. I've been using PSVue for about 2 years now and love it except no ATT sports on it. FuboTV seems like a great choice but no ESPN :/ Don't care much for the shows on ESPN but the MNF and other sporting events only on ESPN...what's everyone else using?
Everyone 10 years ago: if there was a way to watch only the channels I want... Companies: ok, here's streaming package for this, that, also this, and also that..just pick what u want Everyone now: if there was a way to have 1 set top box to get all the channels together and pay one company instead of multiple apps...
