Exactly. They are as much of a contender as anyone. It’s just that they aren’t the clear favorite anymore.
I do not believe we have gotten the *official* start times of the Christmas day games but this is my prediction. (Times EST) 12 - Boston at Toronto (Filler) 3 - Milwaukee at Philadelphia (Prime East coast game) 5:30 - Houston at Golden State ( West coast game 2) 8 - Clippers vs Lakers (Primetime, West coast game 1) 10:30 - New Orleans at Denver (The late window game with low ratings)
[SARCASM] Klay is coming back better and stronger just like he said. Lots of people get ACL surgery and suddenly become better athletes than they ever were before. Klay is the best person ever. He's nicer than Mother Theresa because he has a dog. [/SARCASM]
Klay back by then? Would seem early... I don’t think they are relevant without him. Curry with no spacing, Draymond an island on defense now instead of the lynch pin. Xmas day gonna be lit tho
That’s wrong The Bucks and Sixers play at 2:30 then Lakers/Clippers then Rockets/Warriors and the Nuggets are the late game.
I wish the NBA would give the guys a day off for Christmas. But, there's something very, very satisfying about watching a losing Warriors team, especially when NBC pulls a close-up on Steph and Draymond in the final moments. I guess I've finally grouped my hatred for Golden State with Utah. Milwaukee and Denver are slightly trailing.
Toronto without Kawhi is pretty bland, but Denver was the 2 seed and didn't lose anybody, and Zion is a huge attraction all by himself. Those two aren't surprising at all in showcase games.
warriors gonna whoop that ashe in san Francisco because they been whooping that ashe all over Oakland inside Oracle Arena!
