No way this FO is this delusional. Time to swallow your pride and know that your're not getting anything in return. Whoever said we need to sign him to an inflated contract so we can spend a whole year trying to deal him needs a smack in the back of the head.

    Ive talked about it.....

He's a SnT candidate. Up to $4.3 million. Id be surprised if we don't already have a deal involving him. Or else we're going to re-sign him and carry his salary to the deadline. There's no reason for him to walk away from that money. He's getting at least 3.6 million somehow somewhere.

I think a deal is in the works because Shump could get deal somewhere, if it was just for the vet min. He's waiting for some reason

Didn't say anybody individually was better than Gordon. It's about what's best for the team. This is GARM. We discuss things in terms of what's best for the team here. Go back to NBA Dish with the "this player is better than that player" high school stuff. And

so losing gordon is better for the team a player who can space the floor vs a player in the buyout market or a player you named who can shoot nah not making too much sense

I can tell that you have no athletic skills in real life. You were never able to learn the game or know what it means to be a teammate.

Since you'll never be able to play the game, I recommend you do more research on the game instead of making up stories.

Apparently, based on his profile page, he's 19 so he definitely has the knowledge of a seasoned NBA2K vet.

Canvassing the league and the players that are available between now and December (e.g. any player that didn't sign this summer) that checks off both our needs as well as financial ramifications, there aren't a lot to choose from. Of course I and others would prefer to see an incoming S&T sooner rather than later but this could very well draw out to the end of the year when more players are available to be traded. Wonder if Shump is willing to wait that long to be used as a pawn.

Another potential Memphis target - Kyle "SlowMo" Anderson

Great ball-handler, decision-maker, and a lengthy defender. Not athletic or fast by any means, but his game is so shifty and clever that he's still elite at finishing at the rim (68% last year)

He's not much of a 3-point shooter (32% throughout his career), but I love his ability to penetrate and distribute the ball as a big in our offense.
