Thought that anything over 13.2 for Shumpert triggers BYC issues. If they say yes to that, that's great. I don't think the Rockets 2020 pick is likely to be worth all that much. Guess they really would want Dieng gone.

Maybe a new practice complex? Maybe a new team jet?

Would be estatic if we signed EG to a long term contract...need our Xfactor locked in for the long haul.

I consider him as an untouchable... No offense to Hinduism.

I think someone is going to cough and accidentally **** their pants but it’ll just be a surprise to them and we’ll never know about it.

I think that BYC would be addressed by the 3 year deal... also TradeNBA suggested the # and I just rolled with it

The press conference "surprise" will be if there's any surprise at all worth mentioning. While I would like to see Eric get his extension because I think he's earned it, I wouldn't consider it moving the needle at all. We have him, and unless he's moved, we have him for the season regardless.

A move that adds needed talent would be a real surprise. We need a proven wing with length who can swing to the 4 spot, who can defend both inside and on the perimeter effectively within our switching defense, and hit from downtown. The guy doesn't have to be hell on wheels driving to the basket, because we have that in Westbrook. He needs to do those other things, though. That would be a surprise. I'm expecting to yawn, instead. Not that I want to.

You find the Robert Covingtons. You don't pay the Robert Covingtons. You don't let the Robert Covingtons go and then give up assets to get them back.
