Non major manga discussion to possible spoiler question: Spoiler It's still unraveling. Who knows what that dumbass is thinking... They spent over a year and a half building things up. My advice, if things get boring in the show, stop watching and binge watch the hell out of it the next season. Reminds me of how slow S2 felt because the writer decided to build more detail around the characters. Fwiw, I haven't felt disappointed. More like, where the hell is this story going lol
I just told a bunch of friends to get back on and they cited the slowness of s2. I think that’s why I was reluctant to start s3. Glad I did doe!
Anybody watching Dororo? Im 5 episodes in and dont know how to feel. Its slow on the reveal of the whole background and power level thing. Edit: After finishing episode 5, things really picked up and i blazed through all available episodes as its still airing. Good stuff. Tugs heart strings with story lines sometimes but high recommend.

Yeah, the content material is pretty realistic with people going through hard times. Dont know which episode youre talking about, but the lil brother saying that his sister works at night to feed the soldiers one was pretty sad.

Evangelion is streaming on Netflix. I didn't realize the DVD's were so hard to get. Evangelion on Netflix is a big deal apparently.
Hulu, get the free subscription. Season 3 was legit! Also my son got me into My hero academia pretty good so far.
Black Clover is really, really good...if you can stomach the MC's voice acting for the first 15 episodes or so. About 85 episodes in and it's non-stop story arc after story arc because the manga is so far ahead.
Ok thanks, I started late on hero and yes it is good. Watching hero on Adult Swim as well Hunter x Hunter, The Promised Neverland and Sword Art: Alice. Also Titan they have a great lineup going on now. Tried to watch Jo Jo it is indeed bizarre.
