    Here's a little positive amidst all the chaos.

    I heard through the grapevine that Vince is bored in retirement. He's lost about 150+ pounds. He's taken to coaching little league and says he loves it. Built his own field, and is hosting a tournament.

    Every kid gets a personalized goody bag with their name stitched into it. The finalist teams get a BBQ hosted and (I believe) cooked by Vince. The winning team gets rings.


    Awesome news. Good dude. Proud to say he played for my team. Even if it was just a couple years.

    That's awesome. Is he still in Houston? I would have assumed he moved back to Florida.

    Not for lineman. They almost always lose weight after retiring. While playing, ever since college, theyre on a strict calorie intake diet to keep the playing weight up.

    But on the other side, there's those guys who can't break the habit of all that food, then they subtract the exercise.
