That Clippers series was fool's gold. Golden State was at a different league, I swear they had 30 point leads in all but 1 game. They could have swept them if they even played focused.

Last year's team. We grinded them down because we made very few mistakes on defense.

    You must be joking.

The Rockets don't lose to the Warriors for lack of talent, they lose for lack of effort.

The Rockets clearly - clearly - focus on working Curry on defense because he is both more exploitable and clearly struggles on offense when he is pressed on defense.

Doing this to Durant is...not as advisable.

This approach has basically allowed the Rockets to play even against the world destroying dynastyWarriors for 2 years

It's not lack of discipline to hunt Curry - it's an example of discipline. The Rockets are happy with Durant doing tons of iso's. They have won games because of it. If they lose than so be it.

Optimization doesn't mean you always win.

You clowning. Thats literally the whole point of being undisciplined. Not taking games seriously. Now were the 4th seed and about to be bounced in the 2nd round most likely

Last year, IIRC we lost to them by double digits in every loss. In one game, we lost by 30

it's not a matter of discipline, it's a matter of Golden State not switching Curry. There's too many possessions where we do this dance where we take 15 seconds to get Curry switched onto Harden and fails, ending up with no time on the shot clock.

either that or they simply trap Harden/Paul when we try to set a pick to hunt Curry

lol. you dont think talent has anything to do with that ? you guys are overrating the rockets talent then. they have more stars, more size, and more athletic. our starting PF is 6'6 and cant jump. center is only 6'10, and in the backcourt CP is only 6'. we are a small team. you think we arent getting rebounds because we arent trying ? you think the rockets didnt want this game ?

you act like the rockets are supposed to be unbeatable. there are other talented teams out there and they dont just lay down in games. GS lost a 31 point lead in the second half, IN THE PLAYOFFS.

I'll simplify it: less than 22 assists is a guaranteed loss. It's been that way for twenty years.

nobody is saying the warriors are disciplined either. They are cowards who need 5 allstars. WE DO NOT HAVE THAT LUXURY. We were favorites to win regardless last year because we were a more prepared team. We should have been favorites again this year.

its the same problems we had all season... but we were winning enough of those games that people on here were saying it was nitpicky to point them out... but its those nuances that you have to master to beat a team as great as the Warriors...

Boxing out has been an issue all year...
The fact that CC cant put the ball on the floor without turning it over or getting blocked was hidden behind easy lobs...
    Rebounding wasnt good all year....
    Unforced turnovers....
...jus so many lapses in defensive assignments...

    ...smh...

Clippers just had reverse home court mojo where they did well in Oracle but **** the bed at home. And one of those Oracle wins was a damn miracle.

Loser mentality. Please dont quote me again. We were 3-2 last year. We had the better team, better record. The warriors got WORSE this year. This is the worst theyve ever looked. All we had to do was get better but instead we dropped the ball.

Y’all, stop ignoring the fact that we overplayed Steph/ KD

Go check how many points AI got in this game. Why was that. Wide open by him every single one of them. It’s tough to play 2 primary offensive threats all at the same time let alone three in stretches. We pretty much only had one and half counting Gordon as half.

So it’s easy to undisciplined that losing defensive assignment that. When you have to deal with a load like that, it keeps you off your balance. Not easy to do.

He thought he deserved more than 90 million.

And then you have House demanding more money too.

    All talk, no action.
