Could not agree more. Capela has to sack up. No ifs, ands or coconuts.

Fix is real. NHL had to apologize to a team that lost a series just this past week because of bad officiating. If it happens to Rockets, apology not accepted.

In all honesty I’m expecting an 0-2 deficit after today. Anything else will be an unexpected surprise. We will have zero margin for error when it comes to protecting our home court.

The problem isn't if they get the call or not. The problem is that players complain about every single call even those that aren't legit. I believe they did naturally to get an advantage for future calls. So, when you have players that aren't honest at every calls, the refs aren't going to listen to them.

Here's the problem. James Harden is landing forward instead of straight when he shoot. So you can also argue that the defenders have the right to land somewhere too. This is a textbook defensive play by Klay if Harden landing straight.

There is no reason to trust Harden anymore in the playoffs. His shooting stroke turns into Westbrook's and he doesn't have anywhere near the athleticism to compensate and score in other ways besides praying that his step back gets him to the ft line. It's pathetic.

So the commentators, reporters, rockets, and Steve Javie are all wrong?

But he didn't l and straight did he? Clearly a foul. You can contest a shot by not jumping forward as well, getting into the shooting landing spot

Landing forward is a natural movement when shooting a basketball, it’s called the sweep & sway.

We all know by now that what works for James in the regular season as far as drawing fouls does not work nearly as well or the same in the post-season. The narrative has always been about how is James going to overcome that? He still plays the same way and, every year, we are left pondering why he didn't get this call or that call...all calls he would have gotten consistently in the regular season games. You have to find some humor in the futility of it all.

When refs call a game like this, you HAVE to crowd the GS shooters and get in their landing space. That was how the game was going. Today, if you can engage down low and avoid contact with a shooters elbow and wrist, all is fair (apparently).

Game two should have a carry-over effect. Send a message on the first jump shot, whoever it is (Curry, Thompson, or Durant). Those guys need to feel some landing space pressure when they shoot.

You hate to think that we have to introduce fear and make this a contact sport like football. But I don't see any other way.

Harden needs to take the easy shot and stop fishing for fouls. And get on the boards, please.

idiotic comments like these are just excuses. Harden had every chance to win this game like Durant did. He didn't, dont be sheep

Harden has proven that he is a regular season great; I want him to prove that he is a playoff great. What's wrong with that?

If Harden leaning forward when shoot and the defender diving toward him, both collided...then it shouldn't be a foul. Defenders should have the right to land somewhere too. If he jump straight up and down and the defender collide with him, then it's foul. People tend to think that whenever there is a collision, it's foul...never mind about what transpired....it's funny how quickly they react.
