Your belief is not proof. So sorry. OK quibble with the "highest". Yeah, I talk to veterans about the healthcare frequently. They get a lot better care than you can get with say Obamacare for free. Conservatives maybe think that all of a sudden the wealthy Congress People who start wars needlessly and see VA benefits as essentially welfare for other people's children are going to provide funding for top shelf medical care available for the sufficiently rich (i.e the deserving) whether veterans or not.
Yeah I knew an alcoholic vet who has had his $10K wheelchair replaced or fixed 5 times for driving it drunk in the rain and mud. He gets way better care than most and it doesn't cost him anything. It all comes down to where you live. If you live in a major city there is a VA close to you.
re: garbage disposals You shouldn't really ever need one. Compost the plant matter, feed the animal matter to your animals, or if inappropriate just throw it in the trash. I haven't had one in a decade and it's not that big a deal. I can understand how people who have grown up in large city non-recent developments have never seen one.
