I'll start off by saying that i had zero interest in seeing this when the trailers first hit, never been a big fan of Spiderman....but this movie was great.

I thought it was really well done, captured the spirit of the characters and the visuals are very very cool. I walked away very impressed, wouldn't mind seeing a sequel down the road.

I am in the same boat. Not much of a Spider-man guy but took my son to the movie and I left VERY impressed as well - and I dont get very excited about a movie very often. Great visuals, awesome soundtrack, good story.

Saw this yesterday and really enjoyed it. I too had very little interest in seeing this, but glad I went to see it.

Loved the visuals and thought the stories within the story were pretty cool. Definitely dig it.

I bought Spiderman PS4 in October, but was so eager to play it after seeing it live. It was so good! I need to watch it in 3D!

Wow, I give this two very enthusiastic thumbs up. It's quite possibly my favorite Spider-Man movie to date. I love the animation style as well as the comic book feel to it, which you don't see really see in the trailers. The other Spiderman characters play off each other quite well and neither overwhelm the story nor compete with each other for screen time, especially since Miles, Peter Parker and Gwen Stacey really take center stage here. It's a testament to how well done this movie is that you're talking about the great chemistry between animated characters, and the emotional punches thrown at you. But it all works really well. The villains have a definite menacing presence and the story, while technically another origin narrative, feel fresh.

Would love to see more of this world.

I think it would have been better with just those 3 Spider-People. Other 3 didn't add anything in my opinion and were there for cheap jokes only.

I really enjoyed it so please take the above as a minor critique in an amazing movie.

absolutely LOVED this movie if it doesn't win the golden globe for best animated then Isle of Dogs better. It was my favorite Spidey movie after Spiderman 2. It actually gives me hope that Sony could do something right with the spiderman franchise after the horrid Spiderman 3 and franchise reboot.

Also never thought I would get a Post Malone song stuck in my head but here we are

I actually kinda agree there. The other Spideys added close to nothing to the story besides some comic relief. Although you could argue they helped bolster the notion that Miles wasn't alone in his journey. Would Gwen and Peter be enough for that, maybe, maybe not. What's interesting though is those three characters were radically different but didn't feel jaringly out of place. Another nod to the great animation.

Saw it last night, like most of you, didn't know what to expect, but loved it!
Would love to see some other superhero movies get the proper animation treatment (cough cough X-Men). I think for some comics, animation just works better.

Finally saw this on NYE. It was fun and stylistic. I didn't find it as awesome as some people, but it was a good watch.
