If you're too blind to recognize the shadiness of presenting circular evidence as rationale for a warrant then I don't know what to tell you. I think if it wasn't against a candidate you opposed, you might feel differently.

The circular reasoning only goes against the idea that using the dossier as part of the reason for acquiring the warrants isn't a valid piece of the evidence.

Yes, the judges ruled based on the evidence presented to them. It was valid evidence. The fact that Carter Page was, in fact, doing exactly what they were investigating it shows that the evidence led them down the right path and was interpreted correctly.
