    I think melo wanting to come here to play with a team already contending. Widely seen as the only team in the nba with even a remote chance of dethroning the warriors as a reason to rest easy on if he wants to truley win.

    Then factor in him squashing the beef with MDA and wanting to play with cp3 who is crazy competitive and not only that but playing on a team with JH who is the face and is the mvp and has powered multiple 50+ win seasons and been further in the playoffs as the guy than cp3 and melo.

    I think melo is all in it’s just him being in the best shape possible at this point and if his body can hold up. If it can Houston will have two guys bedsides harden and cp3 who can get 20+ points on any given night.

    That’s huge and something we have not had in the harden era. Hell only GS can truley say that maybe Boston also.

    No coincidence that imo those are the three best teams in the NBA.

    Raptors gonna be the 4th best mark my words.

    i really hope you will be right. When I hear from Melo, that I won't play off the bench, that bothers me. He is 34 now. He can get starter's minutes too, if he is fit. It's never easy to play with Russ. Harden and Chris can help him out a lot.

    Are we really sure melo wants to play for a contender? I feel like he wants to take the easy way out and just chill be a "starter".

    I think Melo can work for the Rockets, but if he 'wants to win at this point' he could've showed it at least a little bit last year..

    No holdup on the buyout. However, Morey went to pick him up by boat. They'll be back by Tuesday at 5:45.
