How so? Almost everything in the legal field is a matter of interpretation. It has been obvious for a long time that the Trump strategy has been to try and create enough confusion that those that want to give Trump the benefit of doubt will be able to do so. Also, Rudy knows damn well he has the numbers in congress and the numbers in the Supreme Court. All he has to do is manufacture enough “doubt” to justify Republicans in both institutions giving Trump a pass.

 

You bring on Rudy to do what he’s doing if you know you are guilty as hell and need a poltical strategy to survive impeachment or firing of everyone at the DOJ, SDNY, & Mueller more than you need a legal strategy.

I think they’ve seen some success in this poltical strategy as polling suggests and how even Trump critics like Corker and Graham now are on board and in line.

However I don’t know, once the sh$& really hits the fan, if Trump and Giuliani have enough of a poltical argument against Mueller to survive what is ultimately coming for Trump more from the SDNY and Cohen (who I think will handle the money aspect of the Trump empire) and the Mueller likely obstruction report which I would think will be coming sometime this Summer to avoid the political timing of the midterms.

We are closer to the climax of this ugly saga than we are the start folks. Unless the Dems are incompetent enough to lose the house again to the Republicans and Trump finds a way to stall out these cases which I think is unlikely. The big moment of whether the right will allow this country to be overtaken by an autocrat and destroy a big piece of our democracy forever seem to be on the horizon this Summer.

My hope- whatever is found, even as bad as it will be. I want the Dems to take back the House and NOT remove Trump. Let there be a two year lesson to the right of what they knowingly put in office out of pure hatred in their hearts for “the other”. Make it a referendum on 2020 to really clean house in the government and force the Republican Party to clean their act once and for all.

Also if Trump loses the house they will make his life a living hell and he is done legislatively and he will be forced to choose his businesses or the presidency and I think he’ll resign just to avoid handing over his business interests.

Israeli psych-ops firm diagrammed dirty Trump tricks in PowerPoint presentation — and Mueller has a copy


An Israel-based private intelligence firm made a Power Point presentation in which it appears to have bragged about the ways in which it used social media dirty tricks to help the Trump campaign, the Wall Street Journal reports.

The presentation was uploaded and featured pages on making fake news sites, using “avatar seeding” to get fake news in front of groups and infiltrating opposition to seed discord, such as using a pro-Bernie Sanders Facebook group to radicalize supporters against Hillary Clinton.

The nine-page presentation, which the Journaluploaded, was marked with the words “confidential” and “do not circulate.”
