wow, the heat lucked out now they have some room to sign 1 or 2 key players. they were going nowhere fast before and now they can get a little bit better. we all know how much the NBA wants the heat to be good so they can play against LeBron in the playoffs and draw in the ratings

Seems only fair that in the future similar career needing injured players... that nonetheless might come back... don't count against their teams caps either. Not sure why a special rule was made here when there is already a clear rule in place?? This isn't me trying to be a dick... just pointing out change the rule for everyone ... or no one.
