Portland has no defensive-minded wings to help mask Lillard and McCollum’s weaknesses on that end of the floor anymore, and they don’t have a starting-caliber power forward on their roster with Zach Collins injured. Simply a bad a roster construction.

This is the most fun I have had watching the Rockets in a really long time. Not only is James having his best year, but what about Clint? For all those who wanted to trade him I hope you can appreciate him now. Four straight 20 rebound games is something to love.

Now, add in Westbrook and OMG! He really adds a dynamic we have lacked on this team for soooo long, with the speed, rebounding, and assists. He and Harden work great together you doubters. I am loving our star duo. I enjoy Russ much more than I did CP3.

What's even more exciting is our depth at centers and guards, and the promise of great things to come from our young guys. Clemons is a little fireball with a heck of a shot. House is a real hustler out there, and will only get better with time. McLemore shows promise, and we still have Tucker, Rivers, and EGO. The only area we could use some depth is at forward, but maybe that wing is coming in our future.

I have high hopes for this team and our future for the first time in a long time. Go Rockets!!!!!

Why do you think that? he played well in the clippers game against kawhi...I think he's just resting him because he's older and he knows what he has....he's use in certain matchups...

Russ with a triple double on his first ever bobble head nite!
    • Love Eschenfelder saying what’s up with Oklahoma never doing that for him
    • Calvin responds”they couldn’t afford it”!!!! LOL:D
    Harden doing Harden things
    Cap with a 22/20 nite!!
Love that house and cap were back tonite
Hartenstein with the nice reverse layup, oop dunk and block
    Clemons imitating Calvin Murphy!
    Just another boring WIN.

    Cayleigh looking delightful too.

Very much so. If they can continue to play the level of defense they have displayed since the Bulls’ game, they are going to be a tough out for anyone in the postseason.

This was probably my favorite win other than the one vs LAC. Great defensive effort. Everyone just playing within the flow of the game. Some ill-advised shots by Russ but he did more than enough to compensate for it.

I was expecting a hard-fought game, not a blowout. But the Blazers looked bad, the Rockets looked great and we smashed the crap out of last year's Western Conference flukers.

If we look this good right now, imagine this team with a healthy Eric Gordon back and more time for our new acquisitions to get used to the system! I'm really excited for the possibilities.

I sincerely doubt you rewound your DVR every time a foul call was made, but I'm not going to keep arguing this as we won & the point is moot.
