Why is everyone so upset, it seems like they literally just legitimized the rule for Harden and infers that the haters and talking heads have been wrong this entire time? Am I reading this incorrectly?
The title of that article is perfect. I remember that team well. We were the media's darling. They loved us. We were the future of the league. OK, that future is now. Time to get the title(s) they couldn't stay together and healthy long enough to acquire. In fact, I wouldn't mind a bit if they dedicated this season to that team. We don't need the motivation, but it wouldn't hurt.
I'll never forget forget this b****, mid-game against Sacramento (not Houston), used a travel call to whine about Harden.
Bogut's "act like you lost your balance and stumble away as you clear out the defender" move is so ridiculous. Even more ridiculous, he/they got a way with it for years and still do. All I can do is
They're sick of Harden being in the MVP race every year, and the media forced to talk about him. They'd rather cover Lebron's Taco Tuesday
dribbling or running around without the ball. The Gather is the word they are using to replace the section of the Rule Book that defines "The dribble ends when", which is Previous Rule Books had the following section: Rule No 4 "Definitions", Section II "Dribbling", (a) "the dribble ends when"... (this is what the second part of the Gather defintion replaces or reinforces) And if it's not clear, "dribbling" means you can move your feet as much as a you want ... including 5 steps between dribbles. (See Ginobody showboating by nutmegging ppl.)
For the life of me I cant figure out why anyone would be worried about this. They haven't been able to slow him down yet. One thing I'm not worried about is a rule hypothetically keeping Harden from getting buckets or bring effective offensively.
Why are y’all freaking out? This is just the NBA clarifying that what James Harden does is legal. Harden pushing the boundaries of basketball. Legend.
