I'll eat my words on Drayton. This is a big time pick up. I think it's a battle between Bijan and Evans for the top RB in the nation, and it really comes down to athleticism and strengths in different areas.
Horns 247 has a really encouraging article on the position battles for offensive line. It really makes you feel like it'll be an above average crew this year. Also, we could see a big year from true freshman Jake Smith at the slot.
That's a really nice letter, and it seems very sincere. Seems like the kind of person any team would love to have (and I say that as an Aggie
LSU-Texas is a hot ticket - https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/l...-ticket-for-the-2019-college-football-season/ Edit: Sold out as of 3:30 today. Single game tickets never went on sale to the public.
Resale market is ridiculous. Sell a ticket, pay for the rest of the season, plus food and drink. Ingram staying healthy is huge, imo, for this year. Daniel Young does nothing for me and Whittington is a star in the making but just a freshman. There's nobody else.
Besides Sterns, no love for the defense. It's a young unit, but they're better than people have indicated. I don't see as much of a step down as others do.
Braun is a weird selection as he may not even be a starter. No BJ Foster, Brandon Jones or Malcolm Roach as even honorable mentions is weirder.
I'm confident Braun is going to start from week 1. That's not a negative on our depth as much as it's a testament to Braun. No idea how those guys didn't get mentioned.
Ya wouldn’t be surprised. Reading that Cosmi-Angilau-Shackelford-Kerstetter-Okafor are getting majority of 1st team snaps. Really interested in seeing what Angilau can do.
I think Foster could be 1st team. Maybe I don't follow college as much as I used to, but he seemed really good for a freshman.
Ya he was really impressive. This will be a younger secondary but have high expectations for them. Boyd, Locke and Davis were really inconsistent which is tough given the offenses we face week after week.
