    Right? They could use a good 5 or 6-0 ass kicking to start things off. Granted, the red on Cahill was very soft, I still enjoy seeing them lose.

    Happy to see Rooney get one in his return for Everton

    Picture perfect start by United. Matic was fantastic and provided exactly what was needed of him...the defensive toughness in the midfield allowing Pogba to roam free and create. Lukaku is going to score a lot of goals. I was especially happy with how Rashford played and how he's going to help make this offense go.

    I think this is going to be a fun season for United fans...

    damn manu will give chelsea and spurs a run for their money. lukaku seems like a fantastic business for them. i'm glad pep isn't the one managing them who will take all the credit.

    Yup, I hate this new model of taking players by their release clause.....Paulinho's was 'only' 40 million Eur.



    Barca set it at 120 million......smart move.

    I envision this season

    Man U or Arsenal or Spurs
    Arsenal or Ma U or Spurs
    Man City or Arsenal
    Chelsea

    Could see Liverpool, Everton or a dark horse sneak in

    Arsenal because I think they should not value Europa League as much as Champions League.
    They should be focused on the league title.

    Chelsea will always hover around but I think Conte will get problems. I would welcome Sergi Roberto for the Blues but we shall see.

    We will see if the teams can keep Hazard, Coutinho, Eriksen, Alli, Sanchez in their ranks.

    I would bank on Agüero if I were Pep, I still think Kun is scoring easier goals than Jesus Gabriel.
