    Qualls is lucky the game is not 5 to 4 because he made the pitch that we see so much from him, that fastball mistake that goes out, on the 3 -0 pitch to Goldy

    That was a very stupid pitch

    Coming into tonight, since coming off the DL: 6 G, 5.1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 K, 12 GB, 1 FB. Not sure how he could pitch better.

    Coming into tonight, Tony Sipp had faced 29 batters in July. He allowed 4 H and 2 BB, with 6 K and a 2-run HR.

    For sure. Well, at least when you get your glove on it like that. Some center fielders may have not even gotten over there but since he did, looked like a pretty easy catch... just hit the fingers of his glove instead of going in his glove. He should have caught it.
