    So you think taking 1 million less and a high state income tax is a panacea for only getting a 2.49 million offer from the Rockets? Odd reasoning at best.

    Josh is looking for guaranteed playing time so he can increase his value for a big pay day next summer. That is what the Rockets would not offer that he expected.

    KJ has great potential unlike Green who's just a chucker. KJ's D is already strong and he can mature into a decent offensive player with good coaching and development.

    I'm not agreeing or disagreeing. A lot is just unknown. Be nice if he had a jumpshot but the truth is that can be developed. I hope he turns into a beast.

    Dekker (1st round rookies) can be traded one month after he signed. I don't think there's a stricture, such as "can't be combined with other salaries".

    But Ariza, as much as I like him here, could be the goner. Phoenix? New Orleans?
