    Petroleum Club downtown if you can get in. They put everything you want in a bowl in front of you shake it up with the dressing and then chop up the lettuce to make it perfect bite size for your fork. Only place I have seen this done.

    I feel like if someone else is interacting with your salad it isn't a salad bar. But if it is, then I vote for Central Market's salad bar - specifically the one with employees behind the counter doing your bidding.

    Saw thread title, came in to post Steak and Ale lol. Haven't been there in years, but my buddy was a manager there when we were in college and we used to always hit it up for the salad bar and drinks.

    Today is our anniversary. My wife has been a raw vegan the last 9 months. I offered to take her to Fogo de Chao today but she can't make up her mind.

    Baba Yega has a pretty solid salad bar.

    Chama Gaucha is excellent. Comparable to Fogo De Chao.

    I am going to hit up Chama again tomm. Never been to fogo but taste of texas is not bad either.
