Short of committing a crime, the 1993-1995 Rockets are more-or-less immune from criticism in my book. Certainly not this sort of petty nonsense. I feel the same way about Clyde. Kenny is whack. He rode the coattails of Olajuwon, Maxwell, Elie, Horry, Thorpe, etc. He wouldn't have a career with TNT now if it wasn't for those two championships. Also, how much more bow-legged is this dude gonna get?

 

Not everybody gets to be the top banana in their careers. But Kenny was a pretty important piece on those teams, and I still maintain that the second championship may not have happened if not for his magical performance in Game 1.

No kidding he wouldn't have a TV career if not for the fact he won two championships. That's as obvious as saying no one would pay attention to Donald Trump if he weren't a billionaire.
