    Hakeem left as a raptor.

True story about jerry buss . He paid magic 14million dollars that season he came back after hiv.
Magic asked why so much? Jerry buss said he felt guilty all those years he was the best player in the NBA and was never paid like one.

Les didn't want to pay dream for one lousy last season.

But you can love les all you want brother.
I believe there's better owners out there.

That's not a very compelling argument. Like. At all.

    Les Alexander- great owner!

Mark Cuban- Joaquin Phoenix' evil twin.

    Houston- Bonito!

    Dallas- Sucio!

Apparently, Les pissed off both Hakeem and Barkley. Plus he fired Rudy, JVG and Adelman.

The way Les interviewed let JVG was a real low class maneuver. People try to claim it was low class when Rick the Ruler was fired but actually Les just told him if he wanted to be back there would be conditions, one of which was Chris Finch would be on his staff. Rick said no. Nothing wrong there. JVG still had the job and Les brought in Adelman to interview for it, that is some low class BS.

So my biggest problem with Les is that he
    1. Likes big names over who will actually help him win
    2. he fired a coach in the sleaziest way possible

Well, tinman, you have shown your colors, along with 153 others.

Clutch City owners do not criticize the other team before the series started.
Clutch City owners do not dismantle a Championship team for the prospect of signing a player.
Clutch City owners do not whine about the refs.
Clutch City owners do not take jabs at other players' decisions.

Clutch City owners hire players' coaches.
Clutch City owners let the professionals they hire do what they do best.
Clutch City owners provide the necessary resources, such as buying 2nd round picks and a large analytics department and infrastructure.
Clutch City owners are innovative and hire the first GM who supplements with analytics.
    Clutch City owners show class.

Clutch City posters do not excessively criticize an owner that has generally provided a winning product. How many losing seasons?
Clutch City posters do not take a single quote out of context.
Clutch City posters do not envy the inferior organization up I45.

And you have brought shame to both Hakeem and the 99ers.

It's obvious that Cuban is extremely passionate about basketball and his team, more so then Les most likely. And while Cuban is a very involved and passionate owner, that doesn't exactly make him a better owner, in fact I personally think he hurts the Mavs with how passionate and involved he is sometimes, probably gets in the way of the GM and coach a little bit too much when he shouldn't. Which is probably hard not to do when your in his position, but he isn't a GM, and he isn't a coach, he's a businessman and a owner.

Tell that to the guy who Les fired over some dumb tweets.

They still have had better attendance and don't change the uniforms after winning a title.

Cuban did screw up on Rondo, which was major. But we did get Lin, who was a playoff failure.

I accept my fate on this one, but I wouldn't want to work for Les. At least not as the social media guy.

I think Les is a better owner. We'll be good next season.

    Dallas is tanking by accident.

They've lost 5 key players for nothing.

They are on their down cycle. When les pays actual luxury tax then les > Cuban.
