    Smith's dad also commented that they've accepted them as family. And I recall Josh Smith referring to his teammates as his brothers in a post-game interview a while back. So clearly the entire Smith clan loves it here. As long as they can scrounge together a respectable offer(i.e. not merely the veteran's minimum), I imagine he'd like to stay here.

    I don't know why Brewer wouldn't return. Barring some other team making a crazy 8+ mil/yr offer, the Rockets would be insane to let him walk. Get him, Smith, and Terry back next year, add a starting PG, and have Capela as the permanent backup center and we've got a deep contending team(barring injuries of course).

    The Rockets did win a road game recently with Ken Mauer as the lead ref. And at least we know if the game is close and Harden gets fouled on a drive to the hoop, he wouldn't dare swallow the whistle this time. The real question is how Dwight will be officiated.
