    I saw this right as I got out of bed this morning, not realizing the date.

    I was about to go into full on blank apathy mode for the season.

    But I'm actually irrationally happy that he isn't out.

    Dude, you can't say "diagnosed with cancer yesterday". There is a big difference between say, skin cancer and pancreatic cancer.
