Good players, sure. But allstar players. Gasol and that's it. Top 5 players, lolo are you kidding me. Again, this team is far from the marc gasol show, but most people believe that it is.
I don't know how many times I hear the NBA people gush about the "Grindfather", and how underrated Conley is, Or how good ZBO is. I think maybe you are just too close to your team. Belive me we hear it.

you misunderstand me why is conley underrated and can't even make the allstar team (can't even get in the top 10 in allstar voting) but gasol is a STARTER, even though by the numbers conley is a better point guard than anybody not named curry in the league. it's because people think SO MUCH of gasol and so little of the rest of the players. zach is the best pf in the game right now. but he can't even get second alternate for the allstar game. i think he's either #1 or #2 in double doubles this year. it's because people think gasol is the **** and nobody else matters. gasol might be our 3rd best player on this team.
1) Because the center position sucks, and the PG is stacked. That's why Conley struggles for votes. Not because he isn't good or well regarded, but because there are better PGs than him. And no, the 2 best PGs aren't Curry and conley. 2) Zach as the best PF. LOL. Stop being delusional. Hard to discuss things when fans get homerish. And btw, Zach gets a ton of respect in the league.
I'm not delusional. There is not one pf that ever gets the best of zach. Tonight the best team in the east and possibly the league: Milsap and Horford went 4 for 20, (10 points and 18 boards.) Zach alone went: 11 points, 15 boards. Zach routinely schools Blake Griffin and Kevin Love. Anthony Davis got the best of zach in the first meeting, Zach got him in the second meeting.
Zach is a beast. Tremendous player. When teams game plan for the Grizz, stopping Zach isn't the #1 thing. When teams face NO or Portland or Clips, stopping AD/LMA/Griffin is. And those guys do more than just score or rebound too. AD anchors the defense; LMA has a more refined outside game; Griffin is a great playmaker. Zach doesn't possess the overall skillset that those players have. He's not the best PF in the league. That's like Rocket fans saying Dwight is the best center in the league. Or Cavs fans saying Kyrie is a top 3 PG in the league.
Zach is a better defender than you think. Watch zach sometimes. The guy is not a terrible defender like you probably think he is. Zach is the best offensive and defensive rebounder of the bunch. When Zach starts bullying these guys, which he does often, they don't come in the lane anymore. That's part of the reason these guys all play bad against the grizzlies. Trush me, blake doesn't want any part of zach. lol
