    I remember watching this kid in the rookie vs sophomore game during All Star weekend when it was in Houston... He has some flavor to his game.

    Shved, Brewer, Papa, TJones, Dorsey--that will be one fast bench unit.

    Can they turn into something like that Lowry-led 2nd unit in 2009-2010 season which in many games were more productive than the AB-Ariza-Battier-Scola-Hayes first unit?

    Shved can get to the FREE THROW line a lot. Have to suspect that its something Morey values. Shved's regular shooting %'s arent good but he still has decent true shooting because of free throws.

    It might also can mean that T Jones wont be back soon or that they dont have to rush him back.

    Wow two awesome pickups and I'm excited about Shved's prospects. Before calling him a SCRUB, think about what people were saying about Jason Terry before the season. I doubt Shved was really excited to be playing on the Wolves and Sixers and now he gets a chance to shine on a REALLY GOOD team that actually seems to WANT him. I hope we give him a chance, and considering what we lost (Garcia and Daniels pretty much) this is a huge upgrade. Rockets had one of the worst bench defenses in the league going into this game, although a significant amount of that was because of injuries.

    hmmm ... he can develop into our Dragic-ultralite version

    Our team needs someone who can slash into the paint so our offense doesn't end up taking and missing a ton of 3pt shots.

    Dude on 790 who had sources close to the Brewer trade said Shved could be flipped in a Dragic trade
