    are you talking about the astros low crown or the low crown 5950 in general? because these things have been out for a while..

    Astros low crown 5950 came out in April. However, I just saw them. The lack of any bill other than flat was an issue with me and several others last season, so it was nice to find a fitted hat with a curved bill.

    Thanks! I bought the '47 Brand home and away caps for this very reason, but they aren't the same color as the authentic ones (and the bills seem to be smaller/shorter too).

    I almost broke down and got a 47. I needed a new hat and I happened to be in the mall on Monday. Stopped in at Lids and looked them over. I had just about made up my mind to purchase a road hat, but the thing that saved me is that they didn't have any L/XL's. The guy in lids was rude when I asked if they had any in the back so I left without settling for something else. Looked online when I got home and found the 5950 with the curve. Free 2nd day shipping and 15% off by signing up my junk email with MLB shop and my hat should be here tomorrow.
