    Any other Rockets fans in New York City want to get together to watch the playoffs? If there's a Houston bar somewhere, great, otherwise we can pick one.

    Have you ever been to the Texans bar in the east village? I swear everyone in there is a Houston fan. I may go there with some buddies of mine who are also from Houston on Wednesday night. Otherwise, I like the intensity of sitting 1 inch away from my tv. Its a lot easier to justify why I peed in my pants when Im not in public.

    I'm in NYC. I've been looking for a bar that will play the games with sound, but I haven't had any luck. If anyone knows any please let me know.

    I'm sure it will be easy to find a bar with the game playing since its a playoff game and on TNT. I really want to find a place were people will be cheering for the Rockets though. Sound is just a luxury.

    THey have a back patio with a projection TV, you can smoke cigs out there, $8 pitchers, and free hot dogs. Love it.

    Its cold and gloomy so I might just go back to blondie's. Nothing beats walking two blocks home drunk out of your mind at 1:30 in the morning. They play the games with sound fwiw. I didn't realize that wasn't the norm.

    I am flying in tonight. Ill be on the plane during the first half so might just try to catch the 2nd half at an airport bar/restaurant. Sounds delightful

    I'll be there along with 2 or 3 other rockets fans. 79th and amsterdam

    Theres a subway station right there at the corner of 79 and Broadway where you can take the 1. If you need 2 or 3 there's another one at 72 and Broadway. I'm just visiting and still getting accustomed to the public transportation but its quite amazing
