Question About Buying a Home

    I want to buy a home that is for sale by owner, I do not have a Realtor either, it is referred to us by a friend.


    What do I have to do?

    a real estate attorney
    a inspector
    what else should i look for?

    Your lending institute will tell you what you will need.

    A respectable real estate attorney will also tell you what you should need/have.
