    Each and every biker that is identified from the videos should be held accountable for the this senseless outcome! If you are going to participate in a bike run of this nature you know full well that you are going to be ignoring stop signs,red lights,speed limits, etc. in order to keep up with the group! It's a choice you make upfront, and the safety of pedestrians/commuters be damned!

    Being an idiot shouldn't preclude you from obeying the law or being held accountable for breaking it!!!
