    Dislike the Mavs but respect Dirk as a bball player. Liked the commercial. Heck, even though I love seeing Cuban seeth when they lose he is a good owner, even if screwed the pooch by disassembling the championship team.

    I find it hard not to love Cuban. His heart is always in the right place.

    Plus, he's just hilarious.

    Remember that whole incident with the jumbo-tron? That whole thing was just comedy gold through and through. There was some BS call or something from the refs, and he had the jumbo-tron paused, and had the press take a bunch of pictures of it. How many fans would love to do that?

    Oh god, and after he got the $500k fine. Asked about the size of the fine, his comment was something like "well, I had a billion dollars, and now I only have $999,500,000... I'm so scared." WIN. :grin:

    its funny because i hate dallas with a passion but i like Dirk and since Cuban started going to the Sloan conferences a few years back i kinda enjoy Cuban aswell, now add in Dallas Mavericks hiring Gersson Rosas a man who i loved reading his articles on back in the late 2000's.

    in saying that f*** the Mavs

    End of the day, I still hate Mavs, Jazz, and Lakers. Followed by the Spurs. It's not like I own an AK47 jazz jersey.

    Coming from a Mavs fan, this is exactly why I like the Rockets fan base. You hate the Mavs, and your suppose to, but you respect Dirk because of what type of player/guy he is. He is not cocky and just plays the game.

    This is the same view we have on Olajuwon and Mutombo, among others.
