    I wonder if we can get Ralph back, too. He is looking for a job after working as a player development coach for the Suns last season. One of his players, Marcin Gortat, praises Ralph's work.

    I was referring to him helping out the Rocket's organization in a formal capacity(player development): he's paid for it, duties and responsibilities are assigned. If he helped Dwight, that's when Dwight wasn't a Rocket.
