    I don't know if Jeremy Lin can be that good...


    But, I would take Doc in a second. If I were GM and Doc was available, McHale would be out in 24 hours.

    Right now McHale is a selling point for Dwight Howard. He would enjoy playing for a HOF big man who can work with him on the offensive end throughout the season and not for just a couple of sessions in a year.

    After his stint in Orlando and the first 3 years in Boston (8 years as a coach) he was generally considered a terrible coach. Then Danny Ainge (generally considered a terrible GM) gets Garnett and Allen, they win a title and now after they had a team with 3 hall of famers Doc is a great coach and Ainge is a great GM.

    I give this thread 4 thumbs down. How the hell would Rivers make Lin as good as Rondo. They dont even have the same playing style. Rondo just has more natural talent than Lin. I seriously doubt that Morey would get rid of McHale, especially after he led them to the 1st round this season.
