ClutchFans Game Thread: Thunder @ Rockets 4/27/2013 (Playoffs Round 1, Game 3)

Harden really ended the game badly. I mean, missed FTs, awful turnovers. Just sucks to see your top player not be able to step up on the big stage. Maybe he grows into that player next season.

 

harden couldn't do it the whole game but kept forcing plays.

predictable outcome.

 

THat **** at the end was total mcfail!!

 

Avoid ESPN, that Durant 3 will be played like it was Whittenburg to Lorenzo Charles ad nauseum.

 

Great fight back.

Couldn't execute at the very end.

Poor play to finish.

 

he's played in multiple series before this and has finals experience

 

I am very disappointed. I am not bitter though. Hope our guys will give it all in in Game 4.

 

Harden Missed Two Free Throws
3 Turnovers in last 2+ minutes

Rockets played like the young team they are and deserved to lose.

 

He is 23 and this is his first year as a go to guy. People are so negative on this site. Harden lead us to the playoffs without him we would be lucky to win 30 games. OKC is the best in the West we are young an inexperienced. This team will grow as will Harden

 

Man oh man... Two games in a row of getting (((((this))))) close.

that doesnt mean Delfino, was bad, it was a tough shot from, but then, OKC would have figured it out, Delfino is the most likely guy.

 

A lot more bitter than sweet, but bittersweet nonetheless....

 

Those Durant rip through fouls are so ****ing cheap. How are you meant to guard him if he just rips his arms under you and flails afterwards? You can't play any defense on him if you call that a foul.. he got 4 FT's off that.

 

Don't want Delfino back next year

 

Good effort Rox. I'd like to say that we can create history and be the first team to comeback from 0-3, but really, this team has outperformed its expectations by far already.

 

That was a terrible choke job. The two straight missed free throws by Harden was the beginning. Now its over.

 

We are a good team with great potential. Add Josh Smith and this team will be just fine. I'm content. Disappointed, but content.

 

Harden kind of choke at the end there...missing both free throws and then turnover TWICE...in CRUCIAL MOMENT. What the hell was that all about with less than a min left, i thought the Rockets is going to call time out...but he chose to attack and then pass out right to a Thunder's player..that was stupid.

 

no need to blame the basketball god or Durant . The problem was the non-existent defense in the first half.

 

i'm just happy we made it really close the last 2 games... and we're gonna get way better next year... i like our chances
