    Not all the houses in 77024 are nice.... but yes, the south part of the 77024 area are :eek:.

    (Graduated from Memorial in 2012.... house parties were always fun. Except for Hedwig Village Cops)

    Yep, sounds about right...not only the infrequency of use, but also hot tubs are a cesspool of bacteria growth. They have to be really well managed..not worth the time and resources imho, their uniqueness wears off pretty quick.
