    We really need one, badly. There's not a single guy on this team who's willing to fight, lay down the line, throw a little elbow here, get a technical to get the team going (Hubie was saying he would've). A Vernon Maxwell type player who doesn't back down and shows he wants to win every single game.

    I truly believe this is one of the most overrated aspects in sports. People love it because it creates a great narrative for the media.

    Its hard to have an emotional leader when this team barely have any experience. That's why having a few older veterans helps a lot.
