I've been particularly curious at how routine it is in South Korea. And, I have to agree, the women there really are HOT. However, I do think it's fake. Those features won't be passed onto the children.

Well, compared to a blow-up doll or a strap-on dildo, it isn't fake.

I don't care to be honest. I don't find there to be any difference between make-up and plastic surgery. It's the same thing, just more permanenet. Like temporary tattoos and permanent tattoos. The only thing I care about is if the person is unusually insecure or if someone lies about it.

The domain of plastic surgery is different from make-up. Plastic surgery changes the features themselves - higher cheekbones, sharper nose, a more pronounced chin... features that are developmental. No amount of make-up can do that. So, it really does imply the person had the genes to look like that.

People make and raise babies for reasons beyond physical traits. There's a thread in the hangout about a man suing and divorcing his wife after seeing his fug baby. Which seems to be on point...much like how a man lies through his teeth about his wealth, career and personal status.

It's a superficial reaction to a superficial society. You want to know how the babies will turn out? Check the parents.
