    I was pretty shocked the first time I spent a while in the Northeast, Mass & NY especially.

    Latin America and Europe are probably the worst I've ever seen, though.

    I have family there and have been 4 or 5 times. Never once heard or noticed any racism. And I did the whole bar/restaurant scene everytime. If anything, it seemed very diverse there.
